Around 100 experts is a good number, 50 is a minimum. Not all the experts will be interested, not all interested experts will have an attractive proposal to make. So in the end if you want to have a handful of interesting offers 100 is a good number.
In some cases, the list can be limited to few experts. Thus, it is necessary to confirm their affiliation and email address through Internet.
