First the user needs an activated account to access to the Idexlab platform.
When the user login to the Idexlab platform, he's directed on the 'Dashboard' page (empty until one project is created) where he can start by creating his first project by clicking on the main button 'Create My First Project'.
Then the user accesses to the workflow selection window and needs to select it regarding his needs.
The project edit window is now opened and the user can enter a project title, a project description but he can also select the portfolio of his project and modify its workflow.
Now the user accesses to the 'Project Overview' page, where he will find the different elements of the project.
On the top of the page, the selected workflow (here Problem Solving) is presented as buttons to guide the user through the different steps. By clicking on the 'Explore' button, he accesses to the Idexlab search engine.
Now the user can start his researches by entering keywords in the search bar.
