Sharing a project

The ideXlab platform allows users to share their innovation projects with people of their choice, thus increasing the ability to collaborate on innovation projects. The Project sharing feature allows several people with an ideXlab account to work on a same project and build a biblio and a list of experts/companies together.

Basic account subscribers have access to a read-only mode of the project, while paid account subscribers (Silver and above) will be able to work on the project.

From "My projects" page, it is possible for a user to share any of his/her projects by clicking on the share icon: 

Then the user accesses to the "Share Project" pop-up that allows the user to view and manage the people with whom projects are shared with. 

Once a project is shared, a "Shared" green label appears.

The person with whom a user shares a project with receives a notification by email. A portfolio named "Projects shared with me" is automatically created on the platform and enlists all the shared projects.

The person with whom a user shares a project can not share or delete the project. However, the person can edit or duplicate the project. But most importantly, he/she can explore new topics and enrich the project.
