It can happen, and this is rather true in the industrial environment, that experts (or their employers) do not wish to share their knowledge through publications. Therefore, it is not possible for the ideXlab platform to identify these experts directly. It is sometimes possible to identify them indirectly, for example by interviewing their colleagues!
