The ideXlab platform allows you to do Science watch.
Indeed the monitor features allows you to launch automatically and periodically a query that can be composed of keywords or an expert’s name. If you have a seeker or a broker account, the monitored queries will be linked to their related projects thus you can find them in the “Monitored queries” section on the “Project overview” page. You can also keep track of all your monitored queries from various projects in the “Queries” section on “My Dashboard” page. You can choose the frequency and the search type of your monitored queries by clicking on the “Actions” button and selecting “Edit”.
According to the periodicity you have chosen (1, 3, 6, 12 months), the platform will automatically launch a query with the expert’s name/keywords to check if new documents are available and will send you an email notification if so.
By clicking on the “Consult” button in the email, you will be redirected to the platform where your appropriate project will be opened and your monitored query will be automatically launched.
The list of results only displays the monitored expert/query new available documents as shown by the activated “New docs” filter. You can have access to the monitored expert/query old documents by clicking on the “New docs” filter and selecting “old”.
